Compulsive behaviour (including OCD)
Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour (OCD) is a condition where people have obsessional thoughts followed by compulsive urges to perform an action repeatedly to quell these intrusive, intense thoughts. Compulsive behaviour is complex and can make day-to-day living difficult for the sufferer and sometimes for those close to them. Compulsive disorders affect each person differently however, there is a pattern which is common to those suffering from compulsive behaviours; obsessions, anxiety, compulsion, temporary relief.
